Every time we order Pizza, there is always something wrong. Either not enough topping or not enough cheese. We all love cheese. This is also a fun way to make pizza night more enjoyable aaaand you can add our own favourite toppings. The Easy Homemade Pizza Dough can be made into 1 big family sized pizza like we did here or you can adjust the size to your liking.

Making your Easy Homemade Pizza Dough takes about 5 minutes of effort. That’s it! Then you just let your dough rise, add your favorite toppings and bake. Here’s how to do it:

Ingredients for Easy Homemade Pizza Dough

  • 2½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl measure the following: flour, salt, sugar, yeast and mix. Make a well in the flour.
  2. Add the oil and warm water. Mix till all flour is incorporated.
  3. Knead till dough is soft and bounces back when pressed with a finger. Oil a clean bowl and place the dough.
  4. Cling wrap and let it rise for about an hour or till dough has doubled in sized.
  5. Once doubled, line your pan with greaseproof paper, portion your Easy Homemade Pizza Dough to the size required.
  6. You can use a rolling pin or your hands to get the desired sized. Add your sauce and toppings and cheese.
  7. Bake at 210°C for about 15-20min depending on your oven. Slice into desired portion sizes and enjoy.
