So i don’t know if anyone else goes through this, but in our house, when it comes to fruits, they do not last for long, especially bananas. We have a few banana trees in our backyard and they produce the most amazing ,sweet , delicious kind of bananas. Not your average sized ones , these are smaller but they pack in a lot of energy. So when my dad brings in a batch, you have got to be ready to book your batch , otherwise there will be none left. So i got lucky one time and i made this delicious, moist, fluffy , banana bread. Now, just like the fresh bananas, this is another tea time treat that does not even last a day, lol. Well…here is your chance to try it out. Happy baking!
